I'm Stéphanie, I'm 28 and I live in Belgium.
Welcome to my blog about my Lady Gaga collection.
Lady Gaga is the most influential artist in my life. It's hard to find the right words to express what she means to me. I have so much love and respect for her.
I really do enjoy listening to her music, watching her videos, her performances and interviews. I am concerned by what she is, by what she says and by her messages of love and freedom.
I owe her to have found one of my best friend through one of her fans forum. Gaga is changing my life in a so positive way. I always say that there is a Stéphanie before Gaga and a Stéphanie since Gaga. This new one is the one I always wanted to be.
I started to collect items after the show she gave on the 17th May 2010 in Belgium. Since that day until late 2011, I used to be a strong collector.
Now, I'm still collecting but I became more selective in the items I really want to have. Because, there is no secret, to have an attractive collection, you have to put a lot of money in it. Collecting Gaga isn't a priority in my life anymore but that doesn't mean that I don't love Gaga anymore. As I said before, she means the world to me and I don't think that collecting Gaga or any other artist makes you a better fan than an other.
This is why by the end of 2011, I have decided to sell a part of my collection. I want only focus on the items I really love and enjoy to have (like the set of the french singles or the rare edition of TFM or BTW among others really great CDs/vinyls...). I also rather keep my money to buy tickets for her upcoming shows in 2012. :)

Lady Gaga est l'artiste la plus influente dans ma vie. C'est dur de trouver les bons mots pour expliquer ce qu'elle signifie pour moi. J'ai beaucoup d'amour et de respect pour elle. J'adore réellement écouter ses chansons, regarder ses clips, ses performances et ses interviews. Je me sens concernée par ce qu'elle est, ce qu'elle dit et par ses messages d'amour et de liberté.
Je lui dois d'avoir trouvé un de mes meilleurs amis à travers un forum de fans. Gaga change ma vie d'une façon très positive. Je dis toujours qu'il y a une Stéphanie avant Gaga et une Stéphanie depuis Gaga. Cette nouvelle Stéphanie est celle que j'ai toujours voulu être.
J'ai commencé à collectionner après l'avoir vue au concert qu'elle a donné le 17 mai 2010 en Belgique.
Depuis ce jour jusque fin 2011, j'étais une collectionneuse assidue.
Maintenant je collectionne toujours mais je suis devenue plus sélective dans les objets que je veux vraiment avoir. Parce que, il n'y a pas de secret, mais pour avoir une collection attractive, il faut y mettre beaucoup d'argent. Et collectionner Gaga n'est plus une priorité dans ma vie mais cela ne signifie pas que je ne l'aime plus. Comme je l'ai dit ci-dessus, elle signifie beaucoup pour moi et je ne pense pas que collection Gaga ou un autre artiste fait de vous que vous êtes un meilleur fan qu'un autre.
Voilà pourquoi fin 2011, j'ai décidé de mettre en vente une partie de ma collection. Je veux me focaliser sur les objets que j'aime vraiment (comme les singles français ou les éditions rare de TFM ou BTW, parmi d'autres CDs et vinyls...). Je préfère aussi garder mes sous pour les concerts que Gaga donnera en 2012
